I have been experiencing a recurring discharge with a certain smell since May 2019, which often returns after intercourse. The discharge can be white or yellow, and there are occasional burning sensations, itching, and swelling. I have never had a pap test or pelvic exam. Should I get checked out, or is there something I can buy at the store to treat myself?

I recently found out I'm pregnant and I'm not sure how far along I am. My hCG levels are rising, but ultrasounds only show a gestational sac and a yolk sac. How long will it be just the yolk in the sac? When will the fetal pole start to show? How many weeks until the fetal pole starts to show? What are the best prenatal vitamins? I'm also anemic and have mental health issues. I'm nervous because it's my first pregnancy and I'm doing it alone.

I have yellow discharge with a fishy smell. This has been off and on for over a month. I had unprotected sex after my last Pap test in February, which was normal. I don't have itching or burning, just the discharge. What could this be and what can I do about it?

I just inserted Monistat 7 inside my vagina for vaginitis. It's currently burning and itching right now. Is this normal, and can I urinate or defecate with the medicine in place?
