I have a small bump on my labia Minora area that has been constant for about 7 months. It doesn't hurt but has become sensitive due to touching. It may have a little pus and has possibly grown slightly. My mom had breast cancer. What could this bump be and what should I do about it?

I am 31 years old and had a baby a year ago. I noticed a few months ago a weird feeling in my vagina when walking, as if there was a tampon or something there. When I looked inside, I saw a big swollen gland-like thing. I was told it's a Bartholin cyst but wasn't given much info. It swells and feels most uncomfortable before my period or if I have an infection. Sometimes it's there, and other times it's not, similar to how a hemorrhoid comes and goes. When it protrudes, it seems to come from inside my vagina. I am seeking a second opinion for more information or clarification.

We went through IVF with a day 6 embryo transfer. My wife's hCG levels were 38 on day 9 and 70 on day 11. She is pre-diabetic and 36 years old. We transferred two embryos. What do these hCG levels indicate, and what should we expect for future tests? Additionally, my wife experienced mild discomfort and spotting, and we had an ultrasound at 7 weeks 2 days where the heartbeat was 103-104, which is below average. The fetus size also aligned more with 6 weeks 5 days. Is this a point of concern, and what can be done to help increase growth? We also had a missed miscarriage and are planning another full cycle. What additional testing do you recommend?
