I am 8-9 days after conception and ovulation. I've been feeling sick to my stomach, very moody, and my cervix is high and soft with some discharge, even though I'm not ovulating. I tested for pregnancy but it's negative. What could be causing these symptoms?

I'm on birth control and I skip the placebo pills to skip my period. I got my period for longer than normal and now have bleeding a little more than spotting and a brown discharge.
