I'm experiencing constant and fluctuating abdominal pain below my hip and above my ribs, just after my period. I have a history of ovarian cysts and an IUD. Should I go to the ER or urgent care, and is it urgent to seek medical attention today?

I am experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and back, when I pee it hurts but doesn’t really burn too much. I am worried it is a UTI or cervix bruising. The pain started today morning and is dull and achy. I am 24 years old, not using any medications, and recently had a lot of sex. I have to pee more often and can't hold it in for much. There is no fever, vomiting, or unusual smell in my urine, but it is a little yellow and there was some blood in the morning. There is a little more vaginal discharge than usual. Is this a UTI, and what should I do?

I have a ball-like feeling of something falling out of my vagina, especially when standing, walking, or sitting on the toilet. I also experience a clot-like sensation when starting to urinate, despite only urine being present. I had a complete radical hysterectomy 40 years ago, a bilateral mastectomy 10 years ago, two bladder slings, a kidney lithotripsy, and two vaginal deliveries. I have also had physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction. I was recently diagnosed with vaginal canal prolapse and advised to use vaginal estrogen for three months. I am not in alignment with this treatment option and unsure what to do. How serious is this, and what are the differences between vaginal prolapse, bladder prolapse, and rectocele?
