I have been on a combination birth control pill (Lupin) for a year, taking it consistently. On July 6th, my boyfriend ejaculated inside me, and I took Plan B 15 minutes later. I continued taking my birth control pill daily at 7 AM. On July 11th, I started experiencing slight leg cramps and spotted blood on Wednesday. My period is due at the end of July. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned?

I took a 2-year break from sex and now, if I have sex a week before or right when my pill cycle ends, I bleed. I was told by my OBGYN that this could be due to the break causing my cervical wall to develop grooves. I am using birth control pills and have no STDs.
