I have a prolactin level of 60 and have been trying to get pregnant for the last few months. Does this mean I won't be able to get pregnant for sure? All other hormones, including thyroid hormone, are fine. I've taken drugs in the past to decrease prolactin, which helped temporarily. What are my options now, and is it possible to decrease prolactin naturally through diet or lifestyle changes?
