I'm having light pink spotting 13 days before my period. I use a spermicide and this is the first time it's happened. I had a sharp pain in my lower abdominal this morning, it felt like a period cramp. I've had 2 full-term pregnancies and last visited an OBGYN for a pap and STD screen 5 years ago. I took a pregnancy test about 2 months ago, but not since my last period. My last period came 2 days early and was 1 day shorter than usual. Could this be related to the spotting, and could rough sex also cause spotting?

I had a UTI, which led to a yeast infection. Now, I have extreme pain, welts on my labia, and other symptoms like burning, sharp pain, itching, redness, soreness, and swelling. Can this be from the yeast infection or could it be an STI?

I’ve very light spotting and the doctor didn’t see any bleeding or spotting in my ultrasound, however, I see it when I wipe. I am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant.
