I have what looks like skin tags above my anus. It started out as one and has turned into five, and they seem to be spreading. They are brown, about the size of the end of a pen, some are flat and others are round. They are not painful or itchy, and I don't have any irritation. They seem to be spreading to the lips of my vagina, starting as brown spots before forming into what looks like skin tags. Should I be concerned, and what could these possibly be?

I got tested last month and all tests were negative, but I had protected sex this month.
