I'm ovulating right now and experiencing heavy bleeding with a very red hue, filling 2 tampons since last night. The bleeding has gradually become more red but has stayed stable in flow. I'm 19 years old and have Nexplanon, which I've had for over a year. Is this normal?

I have been experiencing severe symptoms including suspected serotonin syndrome, ascites, nosebleeds, a bloated stomach, vomiting, ear and nose discharge, metallic taste, puffy and blurred eyes, leg pain, distended stomach, chest heaviness, shortness of breath, wheezing, fever, chills, cold sweats, decreased urination, dark urine, mucus and blood in stool, nonstop headaches, burping, belching, gas, constipation, food taste changes, bone cracking, uncontrollable twitching and shaking in hands, lips, jaw, eyelids, and feet, and overall body pain. I have a history of fatty liver, severe hematology, and mild steosis, and long-standing asthma. I am currently taking sertraline 200mg and trazodone 50mg daily. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I undergo to diagnose the issue?
