My menstrual cycles have been irregular for the past six months, and I have had no periods for a couple of months before this. I am stressed, have lost weight, and have increased my activity level. I am a very active female and an equipment operator, driving long distances regularly. I also have an itchy throat and occasional coughing at night. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding, and what should I do?

I have a brown discharge that started about 3 days ago. I am not pregnant, not on my period, and not using any medications. The discharge has no odor and is thicker but not in big clots. My last period was 2 weeks ago and it comes regularly. I took Plan B on October 8th. What could be causing the discharge and what should I do if it doesn't go away?

I'm on Yaz birth control and got my period early. My mom suggested skipping the sugar pills and starting a new pack, but I think I got my period again. Should I go back to the sugar pills and hold off on the new pack? I've been using Yaz for acne control for a couple of years, and I also have Crohn's disease and am on biological injections for it.

I have left-sided pelvic pain that is sharp and stabbing. I am on my period but it's definitely not that type of pain. I have had it for three days and tried ibuprofen the first day but it didn't work. I have no appendix or gallbladder. I am also starting to feel nauseous. I have a history of endometriosis (removed once), ovarian cysts, asthma, and I am a diabetic on oral medications. I am 40 years old with mostly regular cycles and not sexually active. What could be causing this pain, and do I need to go to the hospital to get checked out?
