I recently noticed a small ulcer on my vulva after using a condom, which felt like it was rubbing on one side. I've been tested for all STDs and infections, including mycoplasma genitalium, which has been cleared. I get mouth ulcers occasionally, and this vulva ulcer feels and looks similar.
