I missed the first two days of my Ortho Cyclen birth control pack and had unprotected sex on Thursday and Tuesday. Is there a chance I can still get pregnant?

My partner and I have been unable to have sex for the past month because every time he puts his penis inside, I get sharp, stinging pain on the inside of the top of my vagina. The pain has been stable, and there is no bleeding during sex. I have the Mirena IUD for a year and have had surgery to diagnose endometriosis. The pain started before my recent period, and I had some cramps due to endometriosis. I have no abnormal vaginal discharge, but there might be a slight odor. I do not experience pain with urination. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do to alleviate it?

I have constant recurring thrush and take probiotics every day. When I feel the start of thrush coming along, I take the Diflucan tablet, but it seems my body is used to this drug and not helping me anymore. I haven’t had thrush in about 2/3 months and it’s back again, but I used to get it every month without a doubt. I’m 20 and I started using Diflucan about 2 or so years ago. I am on the contraceptive pill, which when I researched, does say things about being on that. What are my symptoms? What are the investigations done?

I am concerned about not having my period since August 2022. I moved away for college in August and by December, I noticed the absence of my period. I spoke to someone who suggested it might be due to stress and changes in diet. Since January, I have managed my stress and returned to a more regular schedule, but I still haven't had my period for six months. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I'm 51 years old, diagnosed with fibroids for over 12 years, which have grown from 2 cm to 10 cm last year. I experience a lot of pain during my period, pelvic pressure, and constipation. Given my age and being in peri-menopause, I hope to avoid surgery. Can I take a GnRH-A injection like Lupron to shrink the fibroids, 'buy' some time until I enter post-menopause, and possibly allow me to start HRT? Which GnRH-A is most effective for shrinking fibroids, and what major side effects should I be aware of? Additionally, I have a T-score of -1.9 and am concerned about bone loss. Will taking norethindrone 5mg help counter bone loss caused by Lupron, or is a biphosphonate like Fosomax a better option? Finally, can exercise, calcium, and vitamin D reverse osteopenia or at least stop it from getting worse?
