I need a birth control refill, but the pills I take (Bellaface) are not available in the US. I am 37 years old, no children, and had surgery to remove an endometrioma, a large ovarian cyst, and 9 large fibroids last summer. I started experiencing pain during ovulation in January and was prescribed Bellaface by my doctor in Ecuador. I am attending graduate school in the US and will run out of birth control by the end of May. My main concerns are preventing the cyst from growing, finding the best option with the least side effects, and avoiding water retention, which affects my vocal cords as an opera singer. I have also experienced continuous headaches and vaginal dryness with the current pill. What birth control options are available in the US that could address these concerns?

I'm 47 years old and my period is almost two weeks late. I took a pregnancy test with negative results a day after I missed my period. Could I be pregnant? I never missed a period before. I was intimate with my partner on January 8th and we did not use contraceptives. My last period began on December 24th. My last pap test was five years ago with no irregularities. I had not had sex for almost 10+ years until this year. I'm obese in weight but otherwise healthy.

My period ended two weeks ago, but I haven't stopped bleeding. It's not too much blood but is more than I normally spot. I'm 20 years old, have very regular cycles, do not take contraceptive pills, have not gained weight recently, and am not sexually active. I've been bleeding since October 26th when my period started. It ended for one day then continued with heavy spotting. What could be causing this and what should I do?

What are the chances of HPV remaining in the cervix for 28 years with no abnormal pap smears or effects now or during that time frame? Can it persist that long after initial exposure without producing precancer or some type of abnormality?
