I need a referral for tubal ligation surgery. I am 30 years old, have had two abortions, and have been on Cymbalta 60mg and Lorazepam 1mg twice a day. I have two children, the youngest being 6, and I have been trying to find a doctor to refer me for this surgery for 6 years. I stopped using Depo Provera almost a year ago and currently use condoms for birth control.

I had a D&C last week for a miscarriage. I had minimal bleeding for the first few days, but today I am bleeding more, it is bright red, and when I go to the bathroom, it is a lot of clot-like substance, like a dark jelly coming out... a significant amount. Is this normal / ok?

I have a swelling on my labia minora that has been present for 2 days and has worsened today. The swelling is accompanied by constant tenderness and no itching. I am 51 years old and currently taking citalopram and welbutrin. I wore a tight bodysuit recently and am concerned about the possibility of an STD. I had unprotected sex with a partner I do not know and started PEP 12 hours later due to concerns about potential exposure. The PEP is causing me nausea, and I'm unsure if I need to continue taking it for the full 30 days. Is there anything that can help with the nausea?
