I noticed a bump in my anus while cleaning. It doesn’t hurt but I feel pressure and want to know if it’s a skin tag or external hemorrhoid. I am 33 years old, have a history of constipation, and felt severe burning in my anus last year, which was treated with decitin. I’ve also been sitting a lot in hot car seats recently.

I picked up my NuvaRing prescription from CVS on October 30th and left it at room temperature until October 11th when I inserted it. I didn't store it in the fridge and am concerned about its effectiveness. Should I assume that CVS keeps it refrigerated before I pick it up, and could the effectiveness be impacted?

I have PCOS and had VSG surgery recently. I used a copper IUD and a condom during intercourse a week before the surgery. Now, I'm experiencing brown spotting and tender breasts, and I'm concerned about the possibility of pregnancy. Is there a chance of pregnancy, or is this just hormonal changes?
