I noticed a lump on the lateral side of my left breast and had an MRI Breast (Contrast) done. The findings showed a well-circumscribed enhancing mass lesion in the left breast with a type-III dynamic curve, classified as BIRADS IVB, and advised a biopsy. I have several questions: 1) Is FNAC enough or should I go for a biopsy? 2) What are the chances in % of this being cancerous/malignant? 3) Are the subcentimeteric cysts and lesions found in both breasts normal or something to worry about, and do I need follow-up? 4) If the main lesion turns out to be non-cancerous, should I still get surgery? 5) If it is cancerous, should I get surgery followed by chemotherapy/radiotherapy? Additionally, will this cause any problems during pregnancy or to my mammary glands, and can I take precautions to prevent it from turning cancerous or due to a previous injury?

I had unprotected sex two nights ago. My boyfriend had the tip of his penis inside me, and there might have been precum. He also might have fingered me after he ejaculated, but we're not sure of the sequence. My period is due in four days and is usually regular. Should I be worried about getting pregnant and should I take a contraceptive pill?

My daughter started using the Nuvaring in early September, replacing it on the 9th of each month. After changing it in October, she began bleeding, which has continued through November. She has not experienced any pain or discomfort, and has only been sexually active once in October. Is this irregular bleeding normal, and what can be done to address it?
