I noticed a lump on the lateral side of my left breast and had an MRI Breast (Contrast) done. The findings showed a well-circumscribed enhancing mass lesion in the left breast with a type-III dynamic curve, classified as BIRADS IVB, and advised a biopsy. I have several questions: 1) Is FNAC enough or should I go for a biopsy? 2) What are the chances in % of this being cancerous/malignant? 3) Are the subcentimeteric cysts and lesions found in both breasts normal or something to worry about, and do I need follow-up? 4) If the main lesion turns out to be non-cancerous, should I still get surgery? 5) If it is cancerous, should I get surgery followed by chemotherapy/radiotherapy? Additionally, will this cause any problems during pregnancy or to my mammary glands, and can I take precautions to prevent it from turning cancerous or due to a previous injury?
