I ovulated about 4 or 5 days later than usual and woke up with mild cramping and light pink discharge. I took a pregnancy test a few days ago, which was negative. Could this be implantation bleeding? Or is that unlikely? I'm not on birth control and have had a few other early pregnancy symptoms, but I know they can be similar to PMS. My last period was on March 16 and lasted for 5 days. I'm currently on Lexapro and Adderall, but they haven't affected my menstrual cycle before. I had a miscarriage last June, but everything was checked and seems fine.

Last Monday I had a 102 fever, cramping, and unusually tired, and on Tuesday I started my period with very heavy bleeding. I usually have very light periods. The cramping was intense and reminded me of Braxton Hicks contractions. I was very nauseous for several days. The bleeding lasted until Sunday. I passed several large clots and the blood alternated between very dark, almost black, and bright red. Today is my first day with absolutely no bleeding, but I am still cramping. I have no idea what the problem could be. My OBGYN cannot get me in until next Monday. I’m hoping you can give me some advice or ideas of what may be happening.

My wife and I have been having difficulty conceiving. I have previously had two children and my sperm has been tested, showing no issues. My wife has never had children and has tested negative for all STDs. Her periods are regular. What are the first steps we should take in Romania now that we have access to possibly better medical care? I'm 37 and she's 35, with no other medical issues.
