I passed a clot larger than a quarter for the first time. My cycle was 57 days long, and I am currently experiencing heavy flow on the 6th day. I am 25 years old, breastfeeding two children, and not on birth control. Should I be concerned about the blood or is it just the contents of my uterus?

I have PCOS (unconfirmed) and have been experiencing tissue and blood coming out for about 4 days a week after my last period, along with a lot of pain during and after sex.
