I'm getting a medication abortion in a couple of days and I'm very scared. I'm only 4 weeks along and I don't handle pain well. What can I expect in terms of pain and how long will it last?

I can’t tell if I have a yeast infection or not - my discharge is thicker/clumpy but that’s my only real symptom. I had some itchiness last week, slight pain with intercourse, and a burning sensation when I pee after sex. My last period was from the 17th to the 23rd of January and it’s very regular. I'm 29 years old and my husband and I are each other's only partners.

I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my second pregnancy, which has been followed by two miscarriages. I had an ultrasound today that showed a gestational sac measuring 1.25 cm and a yolk sac measuring 0.18 cm. I am wondering if these measurements are normal for my stage of pregnancy.

I am 44 years old and have been experiencing spotting for a week before my period, which continues until my period starts and then lessens up and stops. I also have mild spotting during ovulation, vaginal discharge, nausea, stomach upset, and mild cramps. My cycles have been 23 days long, but now I am only not bleeding for one week during a 3 1/2 week time frame. I have been having hot flashes for a while and had two very light periods in July and August. Is this normal, and could it be related to perimenopause or something else?
