I’ve been experiencing a persistent, stable, and constant fishy odor from my vaginal area for about 3 months. I’ve tried using boric acid, which helps temporarily, but the odor returns. I am 19 years old, have no other medical conditions, and am not taking any medications. There is a small amount of thicker discharge, but no itching, burning, pain, swelling, changes in temperature, abdominal pain, or urinary issues. What could be causing this odor, and what can I do to resolve it?

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and am experiencing some bleeding. I have not had bleeding before during this pregnancy, and everything has felt fine so far. I feel a bit bloated and full.
