I have been diagnosed with BV for 2 years off and on. Yeast and trich tests have come back negative each time. I recently had BV and a UTI, treated them, but then got a yeast infection followed by confirmed BV again. I've taken various treatments including metronidazole and clindamycin, but still test positive for BV. I'm concerned about the possibility of an STD and why BV won't go away. My partner and I have been loyal and want to get married and have kids. What could be causing this and what can I do to resolve it?
