I recently had a yeast infection, which I believe was caused by taking antibiotics (amoxicillin). The infection seemed to go away, but a day later, my vulva became itchy and inflamed, and the symptoms have persisted for 2-3 days. I've been using cortisone cream, which provides temporary relief. I am no longer taking amoxicillin, but I took one tablet of fluconazole today. Do I still have a yeast infection, and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I am taking Doxycycline for a mycoplasma genitalia and ureaplasma infection, but it is making me very dizzy and nauseous. I think I threw up from it this morning because I forgot to take it with food, but I’ve been dizzy with a slight pressure behind my eyes since Friday (started taking Thursday night). Has the nausea been stable or getting worse? Is it constant or does it flare up? When did you start using Doxycycline? Has it helped at all? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I started birth control 3 weeks ago and have had brown discharge for the past 7 days, cramps for the past 2 days, and noticed red blood today. This is my second time taking birth control, and my last period was on November 21st. I am taking the pills regularly and don't start the placebo pill for another 5 days. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?

I have a soft, pliable lump just below my mons pubis within my outer labia majora. It can be felt by rubbing from the labia minora outwards, starting next to or just above the clitoris. It is not visible from the surface, not red or painful, but I sometimes notice it when sitting a certain way. I discovered it by chance a few days ago. It's sometimes hard to locate since it moves around when touched. I gave birth 4.5 weeks ago. Do cysts or swollen glands happen that high up on the labia majora? Most information about cysts/swollen glands locates them at the opening of the vagina, which mine is not. What could this be?
