I recently had an ultrasound due to menorrhagia and bleeding between periods, which showed hypervascularity in the myometrium with asymmetrical thickness of 22mm, raising concerns for malignancy. I was sent for a pelvic MRI and endometrial biopsy. Can adenomyosis resemble malignancy, and is adenomyosis typically hypervascular? My MRI suggests adenomyosis, but my ultrasound suggests malignancy. Do they look alike on MRI, and should I see a GYN oncologist even if my endometrial biopsies are negative?

I have been experiencing an unusual amount of thick discharge, itching, burning when voiding, and white stuff on my vulva that won't go away. I've tried boric acid, antibiotics, yeast infection treatments (oral and vaginal), and fluconazole, but nothing has helped. I also have hirsutism, which I believe indicates a hormonal imbalance. Is there any way you can help me?

I have an off and on sharp pain in my ovary, some spotting, and I just started back on birth control. I am 44 years old and worried about ovarian cancer. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

Can a doctor help diagnose an image of a vagina and symptoms? I am 32 years old and have been experiencing pelvic pain, bumps, irritation/inflammation in my vaginal vulva area, and a persistent brown spot that I noticed a year or two ago. I have had recent unprotected sex and have been HPV positive in the past. Are you able to receive graphic photos to help with the diagnosis?
