I recently had sex with a new partner and noticed a change in my vaginal discharge. It is now tan in color, slightly clumpy, and thick. There has been no change in smell, and I feel fine otherwise. Should I be concerned?

I was treated for a chlamydia infection with a single dose of azithromycin a couple of weeks ago. I have the Kyleena IUD and normally do not get my periods, but I started bleeding lightly last week. I'm concerned I might have PID. What do you think?

I'm terrified to get a Pap smear. I'm 31, and my last Pap was when I was 29. I have painful swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my groin and a UTI. I want to know if the lymph nodes are related to the UTI, if I can ask my new OB-GYN to not use a metal tool for the Pap smear, and if I can request a one-time sedative medication. Additionally, can HPV be tested through blood?

I've been on Nexplanon for about 3 years and now I'm getting cramps. I haven't had cramps or my period since I got the birth control, and this started three days ago. The cramps last about one to two minutes. I have not had my period for three years since I got the implant. I am 21 years old and not currently using any medications. What could be causing these cramps and what should I do?

I've had sharp, throbbing pain for a few weeks and a CT scan revealed a hemorrhagic corpus luteum on my right ovary and multiple prominent follicles on both ovaries. The pain is constant, severe, and located on my right lower side near the pelvic area, causing discomfort when I put pressure on my leg, lift my leg, try to poop, or cough. I also have a history of pelvic congestion syndrome and illiac compression syndrome. What does this mean, and is this something to be worried about?

I'm 27 years old and have been diagnosed with epididymitis. I've been in a monogamous relationship for the past year. Before this relationship, I had protected sex with a different partner about 11 months ago. I've been tested for STIs twice, with all tests coming back negative. I was given antibiotics, which I completed, and all results were negative. However, I'm still experiencing pain in my scrotum, legs, and lower back when I sit for too long. Is it okay to resume sexual activity with my current partner, even though I had epididymitis and still experience some pain?
