My last normal period was on Jan 29th 2010. I started on birth control pills after that, missed a couple, and had irregular periods in February. I took a pregnancy test in March that came out positive. An early ultrasound in April estimated me to be about 6 weeks pregnant, changing my due date from Nov 3rd to Nov 23rd. I am now 21 weeks and 5 days pregnant, but my belly is measuring larger than expected. If Jan 29th was my normal period, which one of the other two periods in February were real periods? When did I get pregnant? How accurate are early ultrasounds? When could I have ovulated and gotten pregnant?

I am 28 and recently while having sex with my boyfriend I bled. This is only the 5th time we've had sex and I do feel that his penis is long in comparison to my correlating anatomy. Last night when we were having sex I began to bleed. I thought I had started my period but it was bright red and when I checked later I had stopped bleeding. That night and today I have had cramping/pain. I read that he could have hit my cervix. My question is, do I need medical attention? I feel like I'll be okay but I'm pretty freaked out, this has never happened to me.
