I experienced burning pain in the urethra for 5 days after using lubricant for the first time with my partner. The pain is accompanied by symptoms like the urge to pee even after urination, some dripping, and a few-second delay before urine comes out. I also feel mild pain around the testicle area and some gland pains. The urine test was negative, but I was prescribed antibiotics. Now, the burning pain is reducing, but I'm experiencing itching instead. Is this normal, and should I continue with the antibiotics?

I got a positive pregnancy test two weeks back, and my last period was on June 1st. My HCG test on July 19 showed a level of 118, and today's ultrasound only showed a gestational sac measuring 2.8mm, which indicates I'm 4 weeks pregnant. Is this a viable pregnancy, and should the gestational sac measurement be incorrect since my last period was on June 1st?
