I recently tested negative for a yeast infection, but I have many of the symptoms and it reoccurs often. I have been dealing with this issue on and off for almost a year, treated with metronidazole, and tested positive for Gardnerella vaginalis four times last year, with the last three tests negative. I am 60 years old, taking Lipitor 5mg, an estrogen patch, progesterone, Fluconazole, and clotrimazole. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
