I went through in vitro fertilization and am 9 weeks pregnant. I had a sonogram at the doctor's office on Monday and they did not find a heartbeat. I am not having any problems and my HCG levels are rising. Does this mean I may still have a miscarriage?

Additionally, I had 3 days of abnormal vaginal bleeding after my period, feel nausea at times with minor headache/fatigue, and took emergency contraceptive pills.
