I recently went to the Emergency room and did some tests. These are my results: Chlamydia/GC PCR (urine) - NOT DETECTED for Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae; Vaginosis DNA, Affirm (vaginal swab) - NEGATIVE for Trichomonas and Gardnerella, POSITIVE for Candida; HIV, Rapid Screen (blood) - NONREACTIVE for HIV 1/2 Antibody and HIV-1 p24 Antigen; Syphilis Screen (blood) - NONREACTIVE for Syphilis Antibody; Urinalysis w/ Reflex to Culture (urine) - HAZY appearance, 1+ Leukocyte Esterase, TRACE Ketones, 1+ Blood, 2 WBCs/hpf, MANY Epithelial Cells, ABSENT Bacteria. Also, the urine culture was abnormal with mucus present. What do these results mean and what treatment do I need?
