My wife is on her third day of period and she is feeling itchy and burning on both labia. She doesn’t have any discharge. What should she do?

My periods have been very irregular since a medical abortion in November 2011, with intervals between 40 to 55 days. I also took high doses of vitamin C for several months in 2012, which I later learned could affect menstrual cycles. I am stressed and want to know if this could be related to the abortion and what tests or treatments might help regulate my periods.

I'm currently on the birth control pill Estelle and experiencing abnormal withdrawal bleeding in dark brown color during my placebo week. I had a normal menstrual period ending on March 28th, followed by unprotected sex on March 29th when I started my new birth control cycle. I've been experiencing symptoms such as nausea, morning vomiting, mild pelvic pain, bitter taste in the mouth, and random shoulder pain. I've taken pregnancy tests which are all negative, but I'm still unsure if I could have an ectopic pregnancy. What should I do?

I had protected sex with someone who has herpes. I didn't know they were positive until after the intercourse. Now, one side of my labia is swollen and looks red from the inside. I don’t see any blisters, but I'm worried about potential infection. The swelling is about the size of a dime and feels tender but not painful. Could this be related to the herpes or something else?

I have had my tubes tied and two C-sections. I recently went to the emergency room where they performed ultrasounds and did not find any fibroids.
