I started using dilators about 3 weeks ago. It has been over 5 years since I've been intimate. I haven't dilated for a week now and today when I used the restroom and wiped, I noticed a bloody, almost mucus-like substance on the paper. The color isn't bright red, it's a darker shade of red. Should I be concerned? I also have a UTI and am using an ointment (nystatin & Triamcinolone acetonide) and a medication (SMZ-TMPDS sub for Bactrim DS). I've been using estradiol cream and Norethindrone Acetate and Ethinyl Estradiol tablets since March. I don't have any pain, but it feels like when I would get my period, as if I can feel my ovaries. Is this normal?

I'm experiencing pain and swelling on one side of my vagina, along with redness and white, clumpy discharge that doesn't smell. I recently started taking Monistat for what I thought was a yeast infection, but the swelling is new. How long have you dealt with the yeast infection? Have you experienced this in the past? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

Over 30 years ago, I had a check for cervical dysplasia or cancer. Now, at 62, I have genital warts and an oral lesion that may be HPV. Is there a possibility my cervical cancer has returned? The warts have appeared suddenly after 24 years of marriage, and there is itchiness in the vulvar area.

I am 31 years old and 28 weeks pregnant. My baby is very low, and the heart rate is racing over 200 on the monitor with lots of kicking. I have consistent pain in my lower left abdomen, which is achey and sore. I also experienced diarrhea this morning. Should I be concerned?

I've been experiencing sharp, dull pain in my cervix and on the left side of my ovary for the past week. The pain is constant and has been getting worse, affecting my ability to work and causing lethargy. I'm not on my period, haven't had intercourse in a month due to the pain, and I'm 33 years old with no children. I also have a history of painful periods and have been experiencing more pain similar to period pains between periods. I took Tylenol for the pain but it hasn't helped, and I have a low-grade fever, nausea, pain while urinating, and runny stools due to the pain.
