What does it mean when you clean yourself and there is clear discharge like clear mucus, and it has been 16 days since I had unprotected sex?

After having sex, I always bleed, and this time it was quite a bit with severe cramping lasting for about 2 days. I do not have a period anymore due to an IUD, but this happens every time. I am 24 years old, taking Vyvanse, Hydroxyzine, and Wellbutrin, and have a history of ovarian cysts and genital herpes (managed with Valacyclovir). Should I be worried about this, and what should I do?

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and haven't seen an OB/GYN yet. Starting yesterday, I've had severe muscle cramps or spasms in the vaginal area. My menstrual cramps are always severe, but this type of cramping is new. I'm currently using Ondansetron for nausea, Aimovig for chronic migraines, and Topiramate for GERD and hiatal hernia. I had a small amount of spotting about 20 minutes ago. Should I be worried about the pain inside below my cervix when I pee?

I'm 4 days late on my period and I’m not sure if I’m pregnant because my boyfriend and I don’t use protection. In the past, I would always get negative results when I would take a test. My last period was last month from the 2nd to the 8th, and I used to be on birth control. What should I do to confirm if I'm pregnant, and what could be causing my delayed period?

I have a yeast infection causing swelling in my vagina. It's been going on for a couple of days and I usually get them before my cycle. The opening of my vagina is very irritated, tender, and swollen. I've had white slightly yellow discharge and no unusual products used recently. I've tried Monistat before, but it doesn't help. Is there anything else I could try or get prescribed?
