I stopped taking my birth control pills 3 weeks ago because I was spotting a lot and now my period is late. I have been experiencing cramps, discharge, and nausea. I had unprotected sex on October 20th and took a home pregnancy test, which was negative. What could be causing my late period and what should I do?

I shower at least 2 times a day and drink a lot of water, but recently I have noticed an odd smell coming from my vagina. I started using a new vaginal wash (L. brand) about 3 weeks ago, and the smell started after my first period without birth control, which ended on the 17th. I didn't have this smell even during my period. I use condoms for contraception and am on 100mg sertraline (Zoloft). I have a slightly yellow or beige discharge and some itching, but no swelling, soreness, pain, or burning sensation with urination. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant without success since June 2019. I am 27 years old, have irregular menstrual cycles (lasting 2 or 3 months), and weigh 320 lbs at 5'7". I have never had a pap test or pelvic exam, and no investigations for my irregular cycles have been conducted. How can my irregular cycles and weight affect my chances of conception, and what steps should I take to address this?

I recently attempted to skip my period for the first time using my combination pill and experienced breakthrough bleeding for three weeks. I stopped the pills and allowed my period to happen, then resumed taking them. I want to know if I am protected against pregnancy or if I should wait 7 days as if I am just starting again.

I'm worried I might be pregnant because my periods have been irregular. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet and I'm scared of the results. I'm 16, on birth control (Nexplanon implant since June), and taking sertraline and adderall. I've also lost weight, experienced hair loss, and feel depressed and stressed. What should I do?

I have a question about my menstruation. My periods have been getting more painful over the last 3 years and I just finished one that was so painful I felt like I was in labor. I am sexually active but not on birth control. I took naproxen for the pain but it didn't help. I had a pelvic ultrasound recently in the ER due to severe pain, but they found nothing. What could be causing this pain and what should I do next?
