The report states: 'Within the uterus is a saclike structure that is partially collapsed and filled with debris, measuring 9.5 mm in greatest diameter correlating with a 5 week 4 day gestational age. No yolk sac or fetal pole is identified.' Does this indicate a miscarriage?

My nurse said it's consistent with 5-6 weeks of pregnancy, but I think I might be either 4 or 8 weeks along due to possible implantation bleeding on Feb 13.
