I am five weeks pregnant and all my week 4 symptoms have disappeared. How do I know if all is okay as my doctor says to wait till week 7 for a sonogram?

She is not using any contraceptives or medications, and there is no family history of thyroid issues or PCOS. Her breasts have developed, and she has hair in her armpits and genital area, but she has not grown in height over the past year. What could be causing her irregular periods and weight gain, and what tests should be conducted to determine the cause?

I’m a day late on my period and I’m starting to worry because it usually happens on the exact day it should each month, but this time it hasn’t. My last period was on March 9th, and I’m only on a sleeping pill. There was unprotected intercourse on April 1st, 2nd, March 25th, 26th, March 18th, 19th, and March 12th, 13th. My cycles are regular and last about 4 1/2 days. What are the chances of pregnancy, and what should I do?

I have a question regarding my both breasts. I am 30 years old and have noticed that both my breasts feel achy and have a stabbing sensation that comes and goes. I have naturally large breasts (34DD) and have been using a sports bra more often due to stress from a recent divorce and lawsuit. I have not slept well lately, and when I sleep on my breasts, they hurt. I don't have any lumps, color changes, or discharge, but I am scared because I don't know what it is. I also had COVID two months ago and pulled a muscle from coughing. The pain is dull and comes and goes. It increases when I lay on them, wear something tight, or when I worry. I have PTSD and have not tried any medication.

I've been having irregular periods for the past five years, along with white discharge almost every day since my periods became irregular. I'm 19 years old and have never had a pap test or ultrasound. I've had some blood tests in the past, but all the doctors told me was that it was a hormone change. I'm not sexually active and have never had sex. What could be causing these issues, and is there a health concern? Can this affect my ability to get pregnant in the future if left untreated?
