I had an ultrasound three days ago and got a positive pregnancy test two weeks ago. I'm bleeding, and the ultrasound showed a fibroid, endometrial thickness of 9 mm, and a corpus luteum cyst. I should have been 4 weeks pregnant at the ultrasound. I'm actually 6 weeks postpartum, but I only had sex on December 12, and the ultrasound was done on December 29th. I had a positive test on December 23rd. My last positive test was on the 23rd. I went in for an ultrasound on the 29th due to the bleeding and they didn't see anything but what I mentioned. My last period was on the 21st of November. My OB said it was probably from the pregnancy of my daughter, but the tests aren't going negative. What's going on?

I’ve had my period 4 times in under 2 months. I am using condoms for contraception and have no history of irregular periods. My periods are usually very regular and mild, but over the past month they have been extremely heavy, requiring a pad/tampon change every 2-3 hours. I do not have any clots with bleeding and usually do not have cramps. I am not taking any medications and am not overweight. What could be causing this frequent and heavy bleeding, and what should I do?

I am 36 years old and this is my second pregnancy. I had preeclampsia in my first pregnancy, which led to my son being born premature at 34 weeks. I recently found out I am pregnant again, and I was treated with ovulation induction medicines due to PCOS in Pakistan. Now that I am in the USA, it will take some time to schedule an OB/GYN appointment. Do I need to take any urgent medications to avoid problems since I was induced earlier to get pregnant? The doctor in Pakistan prescribed me Duphaston 10 mg and folic acid. Since I can't get any medication in the USA without a prescription, I can ask someone in Pakistan to send me Duphaston in case of urgency. Please let me know if this is something you consider an urgent need.
