I thought my period was coming on and it’s a couple of days early and it’s really light, barely there, and brown and doesn’t smell or look like period blood. What does this mean?

I have been experiencing tender breasts, cramping on one side, fatigue, and headaches for a few days. My period is not due until April 30th, but I noticed a pink discharge when I wiped. My last period was April 2nd, and my cycle is regular. I am not on any birth control and have been sexually active during my fertile window from April 9th to 19th. I have not noticed any changes in diet, weight, or medications, but I have been eating more than usual and feeling hungrier. What could these symptoms mean?

I have had an itchy vagina with small lateral tears for months. I have seen doctors, tested for bacteria, STDs, STIs, fungus, etc., and everything is clear. They diagnosed it as thrush and treated it with Canesten, but the itchiness persists with tears. I also have other skin issues like a red flaky rash around my nose, nails lifting, and dandruff. What could be causing these issues and how can they be treated?
