I missed my pill yesterday and today. Should I take 2 pills today to get back on track? I had a sharp stabbing cramp in my lower left abdomen yesterday. Today, there is a small amount of blood on the toilet paper after urinating, but my period is not due until the end of the month. I have had a bit of fever and chills off and on all day, but no other pain except for a bad lower back pain around December 23 that resolved after about a week. I am allergic to naproxen and estrogens and have no other medical conditions. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
