Out of nowhere after dinner tonight, my left upper lip started tingling and burning. I was diagnosed with Endometrial adenocarcinoma endometrioid Figo Grade 1. I will be having a laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy. I recently had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound and would like my results reviewed to see if the cancer has spread since my diagnosis. My previous ultrasound from March 2021 showed nothing concerning. What does the recent ultrasound summary indicate about the current status of the cancer and its potential spread?
