I've had my period for 18 days. My last period was in April 22nd-26th, and my current period started on May 10th and is still going. I'm 23, on the pill, and take medications for ADHD. My periods are irregular, and I'm not sexually active. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding, and how can I make it stop?

I am experiencing sharp pains around my vagina, a foul fishy odor, and whitish/yellow discharge. The pain started early this morning and comes and goes. I am managing the pain with Tylenol and am currently on birth control. I am 34 years old and have no other significant medical history. I have sharp pains when I urinate but no fever, though I feel fatigued. I am sexually active with my husband.
