I have shallow, small circle-like cuts around my vagina that aren't painful but seem to be spreading and causing irritation. I've had a new sexual partner in the past two months, but we both tested negative for STDs. I've also had chlamydia in the past. Should I be worried about these cuts, and what could be causing them?

I had a miscarriage a few days ago and right after, I got my period. On my eighth day of this period, which is unusual for me as I typically have a 2-3 day period, I'm not sure if this is normal. Additionally, I still have pain from the miscarriage and period cramps, and my flow is pretty heavy. I'm also experiencing nausea and pain.
