I have persistent pelvic pain starting from day 1 of my period and continuing to day 2. The pain is a constant, dull ache. I took medication to treat a UTI earlier this month and was sexually active. Could this pelvic pain be related to the UTI or something else?

I had a miscarriage in January and recently found out I am pregnant again. I am experiencing some spotting today and am concerned. I still have breast soreness, which I didn't have before my last miscarriage. I am 34 years old and haven't had a period since November 2021. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and have no stomach pain, dizziness, or vaginal discharge. I have a history of irregular periods and PCOS. Should I be worried about the spotting, and what should I do next?

I have endometriosis and have taken the combined pill to treat it. I recently had to come off the pill for other reasons, and my symptoms worsened. My GP suggested going back on the pill as soon as possible, even if it meant starting mid-cycle. I did this a few days ago, and my symptoms have worsened further. Should I continue taking the pill as normal, or should I stop to have my period and then start the pill again? Could starting the pill just before my period make my endometriosis symptoms worse?
