I am experiencing irregular periods that started around 3 months ago, consisting of spotting for 5 days, followed by flow for 3-4 days, and then more spotting for 3-4 days each month. This pattern occurs on the same dates each month. I also have increased anxiety and depression from the fertile window until the flow completes. I am 36 years old, not using any contraceptives, and had a baby in 2020 followed by a miscarriage in 2022. My last period started on March 14th and is still ongoing. I have not experienced any recent changes in stress or weight, but anxiety and depression have increased significantly during this time. What could be causing this irregularity and what tests or treatments should I consider?

My butt hole hurts, hurts to poop and fart. Hurts to wipe. About 3 weeks ago, I thought it was a hemorrhoid but it's not getting better. The pain is sharp and achey. I'm using Preparation H for my bum and I'm on lithium, Vyvanse, taro-bupropion, aripiprazole, and mylan-pantoprazole. I'm 27. I also have white bumps.

I missed my period and took Plan B on May 25 after having unprotected sex on May 22 and protected sex on May 24. I have a regular 28-29 day cycle, but it's my 6th day of missing my period. I took a pregnancy test which came out negative. I've also been experiencing a gassy stomach and had bleeding on the day of ovulation. Should I wait to retest, and will everything go back to normal in my next cycle?
