I've been bleeding for about 13 days straight, which is not during my usual period, and I can't get into the doctor until Wednesday. Will I be okay to wait until then? Are there any steps I can take in the meantime, and is it dangerous for me to have sex while I'm bleeding like this?

I am 21 years old and have had cracked nipples due to running for as long as I can remember. I have noticed a very small amount of white discharge with a foul smell from my nipples, especially when I don't wear a bra and run or rub against my shirt, which causes a burning sensation. I have no other symptoms, no swelling, and no lumps. What could be causing this and what should I do?
