I have vulvodynia and vaginismus, and I woke up with persistent clitoral spasms after using an ice pack. Vulvodynia has been getting worse with endometriosis medication (primolut), which is constant with flare-ups. Additionally, the medication caused bladder issues that persist even after stopping it. I am 19 years old and have no other medications. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms?

I had a LEEP procedure done about a month ago and for the past 5 days I have a very hard, painful lymph node near my pelvic bone. It is immovable, tender, and about the size of my pinky. The pain is constant and feels like a sharp pain to the touch and achy persistently. I was diagnosed with CIN 3 with glandular involvement in my endocervical canal. Is this possibly an infection from the surgery?

I'm having very light dark brown spotting after sex at 10 weeks and 2 days. Has the spotting been stable or getting worse? Is it constant or does it flare up? Are you using any medications, either for the spotting or anything else? If so, do you know the dosage? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
