I have pain in my lower back and headaches, and have been taking Promethazine and Unisom for nausea, but they don’t seem to be helping. My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex on 10/29 and 10/31, and she took Plan B on 10/30 and 10/31. Her ovulation date was 11/6. Today, she says her period started, which is about 9 days early. Is this due to Plan B side effects or could it be implantation bleeding?

I have thick green discharge and occasional pelvic pain. I've been tested for common STDs and BV, all negative. I was diagnosed with PID and treated with antibiotics, but symptoms persist. Could this be a rare infection like ureaplasma or mycoplasma, or is there another explanation for my symptoms?
