I've been experiencing an annoying itching/tickling/tingling sensation behind just my right nipple for the past 2-3 months. No other symptoms seem to be there. I go in for a mammogram with ultrasound in a few weeks. Have you heard of this before?

I have a slightly itchy spot on my vulva that appeared over a week ago after shaving. I'm unsure if it's herpes or something else. The itchiness started after shaving, and there is no visible rash, just a white bump. I do not have any known allergies and have never been with anyone who has herpes. What could this be, and should I be concerned?

I have a yeast infection that I've treated with Diflucan 150mg x2 doses and only have mild relief. Should I do another round or maybe try another solution?
