I've been experiencing unusually long and heavy periods, lasting 11 days this time, which is longer than my usual 7-8 days. I used to have irregular cycles but since giving birth 5 years ago, my periods have become heavier and last longer each time. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications, and I'm 34 years old. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I’ve just had my initial herpes outbreak, which is both genital and oral. Besides Valtrex, what supplements and dosages do you recommend to treat this condition? Will ozone therapy help with the symptoms?

I am on an extended cycle birth control pill, Amethia (a generic of Seasonique), and have been experiencing breakthrough bleeding for 19 days, which has worsened with increased cramping, dizziness, nausea, and loss of energy. My doctor suggested tripling the pill dosage to stop the bleeding, but it resumed after I returned to the regular dosage. I am about to start the placebo pills and have a significant event in a week that requires my full energy and focus. Should I skip the placebo pills and continue with a higher dosage to stop the bleeding, or take the placebos and hope the bleeding stops by the event?

My IUD fell out after 3 years, and I've been bleeding heavily since. I started taking Sprintec 4 days ago to stop the bleeding, but it hasn't helped yet. How long should this bleeding last, and is there anything else I can do to stop it before my planned vacation in 12 days?

I'm experiencing white discharge and pain when using the bathroom. The pain started yesterday and is ache-like. I'm 27 years old, not sexually active since September 2019, and have no itching, but there is burning when I pee. There is no fishy smell, and I don't use shower gel. What could be the issue and how should I treat it?

I am 21 years old and have been taking Yasmine for two years. This week, I threw up a pill an hour and a half after taking it. I did not take another pill until the next day at my scheduled time. I am not sure if the pill had enough time to absorb and I did not take another pill that same day. Is this considered a missed pill?
