I've been experiencing very smelly discharges for about 4 months, which appear to be infused with a little blood. The discharge is brown and watery. My periods are irregular and often change after intimacy. I had an abortion in 2017, and since then, my menstrual cycles have been abnormal. I have had STIs before but have never been evaluated for this specific issue. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing a constant, watery yellow discharge from my vagina for the last day. My last period ended 12 weeks ago, and I had unprotected sex three days ago.
