I've been heavily bleeding with large clots for 4 days, changing pads every 45 minutes to an hour. I'm using overnight pads. I experienced heavy bleeding in March from IUD removal, but it wasn't clotting and never this heavy. My last pap test or pelvic exam was approximately 3 years ago. I had a C-section in 2013 and an appendectomy in 2014. What could be causing this and what should I do?
